Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your granola to you quickly and in perfect condition.

Processing Times

All orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1 working day of being placed (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

UK Shipping

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.

  • Free shipping on all UK orders over £20
  • £3.99 flat rate for orders under £20

International Shipping

At the moment, we ship within the UK only.
If you’re based outside the UK and would like to try our granola, please get in touch at klaudia@nakatomisgranola.com — we’ll see what we can do to help.

Delays & Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are handled by Royal Mail. Occasional delays can happen, especially during busy periods, but if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
